TAX not getting calculated in LIMIT SC/PO

Hi All,

We are facing a issue in limit SC/PO on TAX, no TAX is getting calculates for limit items.

This issue is only for the limit ones, others are working fine. Is there any configuration required for this?

We are in SRM 7.0 SP06

Hi,,

SAP says that this is a standard behavior of system for Limit items. See note 0001920413.

However this is really strange and inconsistent  behavior of SAP given that it will recalculate Tax for Limit items only in certain cases and not in others...

Note 1508523 - Limit SC: Tax Code field is not visible in item details

Symptom

Create a Shopping Cart with Limit item. Goto the item details. In Item Data tab, Tax Code field is not visible.

In fact this note was released by SAP for us only

This field is coming now but tax is not getting calculated. Any idea, if we need to do any specific config/customizing for limit items.
