Tax code search help - short dump in SRM

Hi Experts,

We are facing an issue in SRM after EHP installation. We are on SRM 5.0 add-on.

The issue is with the tax code search help. While users create an SC, the search output is shown on SRM web page itself and hence no issues.

But while changing the tax code, the tax code search output is called from SAP and not on SRM web page.

And as soon as we change the tax code, system shows the following dump:

400 Bad HTTP Request

Error: 21

Version: 7200

Component: HTTP_FILTER

Moreover, the same issue we are having with all the other search functionalities in SC change mode; for ex: cost center/ GL account search.

Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

Hi Ajay,

I have just researched this dump & it seems to fall more under the BC-CST-WDP area. It might be best for you to raise a question in this component area. From what I have found it is advised to upgrade patch levels. It would be best to open this question in the above area & detail your system levels so that you can be advised what action to take.
