Hello Experts,
I have a question related to the tasks in the Schedule Tab of the Master Agreements.
If a user is defined as the owner of the task, by another user can he fill the actual start/end dates on the tracking tab?
I did some tests and it appears that only the user that created the task is able to fill those dates, is this correct? If yes, Is it possible to change this behaviour?
Thanks!
Regards,
Robert

Hi Robert,
Have you defined/changed the Security profiles as per your need .
May be you can try out by providing Edit value as "Allow" for security profile which has been assigned to the Collaborator.

Hello, Sushant.
I've checked and both users (the one that created the task and mine that is the owner of the task) have all the privileges set.
It's awkward because I can change all the data of the task, except the Actual Start and End dates.
I think I'll raise a message to confirm if this is the standard behaviour of the system.
Thanks.

Robert
Hello everyone,
I've only checked the Class Level Security profile that allows access to the business document, as shown in the print screen sent by Sushant.
I found a setting in the object level profile that is assigned to the Roles that allows these dates to be entered by the user (Change Schedule)
Thanks!
Hi Roberto,
have you made the neccessary changes in the Document Security Templates ? Have you defined who can make which changes.

Hi Armin,
I understood that the Doc Security templates are applicable to the Business Documents and not to the data that we create inside of them (Tasks, Audits, Performance). Is my understanding correct?
I've included a user as a Collaborator (View/Edit permission) in the Master Agreement. This user can change everything in the task that I have created and assigned him as the owner (name, duration, description and so on) except the Actual Start and Actual End dates.
I did some search in the doc security template to see if I was missing something related to the task but it seems to be ok.
Do you know if I'm missing something?
Thanks!

Robert
