Tariff code download from ECC to SRM via DNL_CUST_TAX is not working

Hi All,

I want to download few tax tariff code for brazil from ECC to SRM. RFC/MW set up is good between SRM and ECC.Still, DNL_CUST_TAX is stuck in running status. Tariff codes are already there in table SRMV_TAX_TCOD and i want add few more to that but as the load is tuck in running status, i am not sure what i am missing. Kindly share your idea please.
