Table BBP_PDHGP and BBP_PDBEI field log system

The field logical system is not getting filled in both the table. Is there any specific condition that it would be filled?

I need Logical system name from the the data arrived in the table BBP_PDACC. when I try to link it with the above two table then some records does not have the logical system name. What is the reason for that?

check INITIAL_GLOBAL_FILL method from /SAPSRM/CL_PDO_SHARED_USER class.
