System status ITRE is active (Purchase Order xxxx)

Hi guys,

I'm facing an issue in SRM. I received this error message: "System status ITRE is active (Purchase Order xxxx)".

I have read this note but couldn't understand how to solve the issue.

Can you, please, explain me more in detail the process?

Hello Valentina,

Please execute the function module BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC_V2 to manually tranfer the PO. Input  I_GUID is the GUID of PO header.

ITRE status means: In Transfer to Execution Syst.

Reprocess the PO using BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC.

Hi Valentina,

Kindly check if there is any entries struck in the TRFC queue on the date of PO creation using the T code SM58.

If there is any entry try to execute the LUW again or delete it and Order the PO again.
