Hi,
We have a requirement wherein the Business requires the email for Renewal reminder to be sent only to the Owner and not to the Collaborators.
Is this possible to be configured? If not, can a new template be created wherein I can restrict the recipient to be only Owner and not the Collaborators?

Request clarification before answering.
Do you want collaborators to receive other emails? If not, then you could have the collaborators setup so they don't receive any email notifications for the contract. That can be done on the collaborator role definition, document security templates, the MA template, or in the MA itself. In each case, you would check off the "Do Not Send Collaborators Alerts and Notices".
