I hv initially started with extended classic scenario (sandbox only), just posted shopping cart only.  Now it was decided to go with classic scenario after discussions.

As of only two shopping cart wer created and no other documents in the system.

Can i able to switch to classic scenario now?

Plz guide.

(srm system is only posted with two shopping carys only.)

Hi Atul

1. Deactivate extended classic at below point

SAP Implementation Guide -- SAP Supplier Relationship Management -- SRM Server -- Cross-Application Basic Settings -- Activate Extended Classic Scenario.

2. BADI BBP_EXTLOCALPO_BADI should not have any active implementation

3. The existing document should not cause any issues as such. You should be able to open them up in SRM portal still once you have classic scenario implemented but not PO.

4. Check in IMG at below as well the correct system is defined

SAP Implementation Guide > Supplier Relationship Management > SRM Server > Cross-Application Basic Settings > Define Objects in Backend System (Purch. Reqs, Reservations, Purch. Orders)

5. Also check number ranges in SRM should match ECC.
