Hi, I would be grateful if someone could help me with this issue:

I’m working with SRM 5 and ERP 6. And I want to implement MM-XI-SUS. (without ROS)

But I don’t understand how I must create the Organizational Structure in order the vendors be able to logon in SUS Portal and work with their  documents.

Reading about this, if I used ROS, I should create a service user for anonymous logon for supplier.

But if I am using SUS without ROS…should I create one user (with rol SUS_ADMIN_SUPPLIER) for each vendor??

For Org Structure, create one root org unit for pur org , this will be used in the purchase documents

Create one root org for Vendor group- the new suppliers must b assigned to this.

The Org Ids are maintained in settings for business partners in IMG.

if you are using SUS without ROS, then you need to create user for each vendor with this role. as it enables the vendor to create new users for his company.
