Supplier was unable to proceed post "intend to respond & Finish " in Sourcing for RFx response ?

Hi Team,

We have faced new issue like when supplier trying to provide RFx response , he got stuck at post "Finish " button after "intend to respond", and the thing is system didnot throw any issue but supplier was unable to proceed further and think there nothing to do with browser as he tried with IE11 and Chrome.

please suggest any workaround or resolution..

Thanks for the reply , yes for accepting changes time only supplier has "intend to respond" & "Finish" step, then only he can able to provide the response to the RFx by proposal number.

Are you sure the RFP have not changed by the buyer during the RFP ? In that case the supplier first have to accept the changes before he can proceed or submit. If I remember well it is somewhere at the first page at the bottom where you can accept it as a supplier.
