Status:
The user who had the authority to confirm purchase order (PO) processing from the supplier has resigned. Although a new user ID of the supplier has been created, the new user ID cannot proceed PO confirmation because the former user did not transfer the PO confirmation authorization.
Question:
1. If the email address of the former employee (who has resigned) has also been deleted, what are the ways to find the ID and password of the former employee?
2. If the ID and password of the former employee are unknown, and the corresponding ID has the authority to confirm purchase order (PO) processing, how can a new user from the supplier process PO confirmation? (What are the ways to obtain authorization for PO confirmation?)

I would suggest making sure that whatever groups assigned to the former employee are assigned to whoever needs to take over responsibility. The Group Descriptions Table provides details about all group permissions. An admin can Manage user groups.
