Supplier Replicated but shown as Bidders in SRM Portal

Hello Expert:

I am new to SRM. I am currently working with ECC 6 (without enhancement) and SRM 7.01.

Recently I created vendor root structure and replicated vendor from backend using BBPGETVD - Transfer Vendor Master. It was sucessfully replicated. Table BUT000 & VENMAP show all the entries. However, table VEN000 did not show any entries.

When I check in the portal, all my suppliers went into External Business Partner in the Bidder & Invoicing Parties section. I did not appears as Supplier.

Can anybody tell me how to solve this issue?

Hi,

There is no need of updating table VEN000... Please check out, what were the partner roles available in ECC before executing the BBPGETVD/BBPUPDVD.

Nowhere I have read that, "......." are the partner roles supposed to be in ECC. But we have got correct results with

OA	Ordering address
VN	Vendor
PI	Invoicing Party
