Supplier Preselection Error

Hello Guys,

Can Anybody help me?

I'm configurating the  Supplier Preselection Option in portal for an area in my enterprise but when I try to view a potencial supplier the systems show a message error "User is not authorized for the action".

I reviewed the trace security but there aren't authorizations object missing.

I don't know what I need to do

Pleas ensure that you have assigned  Role :/SAPSRM/SUCO_PROCESSOR

Additionally add following roles and try.

SAP_EC_BBP_CREATEUSER

SAP_EC_BBP_CREATEVENDOR

Thanks for your help. I added the roles:

SAP_EC_BBP_CREATEUSER

SAP_EC_BBP_CREATEVENDOR

But the mistake is the same

Please check if authorization profile for those roles are generatedptoperly  and are in green status and then check the authorization log in su53 .

My error was that I assigned the roles only in the SRM system, but when I assigned the role /SAPSRM/SUCO_PROCESSOR in the SUS system, the mistake was solved.

Hi Amparo,

Can you try assigning purchaser/admin purchaser roles and give a try? Technically you can also give a try by having an external break-point in function module BBP_PDSEC_AUTHORITY_CHECK.
