[Supplier Portal] PO fail with error in CIG transaction tracker

Dear Experts

The PO sent from S/4 to Ariba Network fail with error in CIG transaction tracker.

the error message is "javax.script.ScriptException: java.lang.Exception: java.lang.Exception: It is not possible to deliver Acknowledgement/Exception document without having ReceiverID or UserName@ line 517 in ProcessEventDocument.groovy, cause: java.lang.Exception: It is not possible to deliver Acknowledgement/Exception document without having ReceiverID or UserName".

how can i solve the error.

This error usually happens if something went wrong with step in SPRO

'Send SAP Information to SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway'

The best way to fix it is to re-run that step and then try again with documents posting/exchange.
