Supplier not receiving mail with User-id & Password

Hi,

We are on SRM7.0 & ECC 6.0 (Ehp 4). I am working on the MM-SUS scenario.

I am trying to send the vendor details (including his email-id) from ECC to SUS using the standard PI scenario. Since by default the vendor's mail id is not not sent I have configured User Exit VSV00001 as per the configuration guide.

This will carry my vendor email address....

Also I have added 'BBP_SUS_BP_REG_CREATION' as the docu object for the email and turned off the flag of 'use self registration component'.

Inspite of this my vendor does not receive a mail on his mail id with a username & password, although his mail -id is getting transferred to SUS (I can see this in SXMB_MONI of my SUS system)

Pl let me know if I am missing something.

Check with Basis team regarding sending mails to vendors...

Did you please chek SOST transaction if it gets stuck there?
