We are able to send the questionnare via ROS client to the person registering through ROS_SLEF_REG , but the 'send survey' link is dead and the potential supplier is not able to respond to the questionnaire. Please suggest if any config is missed.
Request clarification before answering.

You can log in as Purchaser and you will be able to see the response,even though you dint get the confirmation on questionnaire submission.
However you have to simply go to the survey cockpit and set the attribute "Confirmation Page" from the menu "Extras" to true. This will give a confirmation message on submission.
