Does any one know the RTC (Release To Customer) / GA date for the SAP Supplier Lifecycle Management application.

Today

SLC has successfully completed ramp up and is available from today for general release.

Whether SLC1.0 can be used as add on to ECC 6.0 Ehp 5.

And is the functionality of the supplier communications, sending generic announcement or supplier specific announcements can be handled using SLC1.0.

Hi Madhan,

SAP SLC1.0 (Supplier Lifecycle Management) is based on SAP enhancement package 2 for SAP NetWeaver 7.0

It can be deployed either in standalone mode (central hub) or as an add-on to SAP ehp1 for SAP SRM7.0 (EHP 1 for SAP SRM 7.0).

How ever, SLC1.0 can be connected (RFC) to the corresponding SAP SRM or SAP ERP systems for the distribution of qualified suppliers.

Hi Madhan,

SAP SLC 1.0 SP02 is available from 03/2012. With SP02, SLC can also be deployed as an
add-on to SAP Enhancement Package 5 or 6 for SAP ERP 6.0. For more information please refer SAP Note 1574317
