Supplier Enablement: Customer info for suppliers on Ariba Support Portal

Hi all, we are using Commerce Automation with Ariba (as a buyer) and is using the supplier information portal to provide suppliers with information about the buying organisation.

However, we found similar information can be placed on the Ariba support site that usually has this URL https://support.ariba.com/item/view/<random number>. Has anyone (as a buyer) maintained this before and if so how do we go about doing it? I understand that this has to be done by the Ariba Network Team but just want to confirm whether this is a task we can do ourselves.

Hey SF,

The URL you specified does not seem to be valid . IF you are asking if a buyer can host information on the support.ariba portal; that's a no. Only SAP personnel can maintain info on that URL and that option is not available for partner led deployments.

Thanks a lot for confirming that.

Re the URL, I purposely removed the numbers behind as I do not know whether it will be a privacy issue (although anyone can search on Google and find it). Just meant to show how the URL looks like.
