supplier can view the ECC PO status HELD under Order collaboration tab

Hi Experts,

We are using SRM701,

We are using SRM- SUS scenario, when PO is either created or saved  in ECC using ME21N .

the PO is visible to the supplier under Order collaboration tab -- > create documents -- > External confirmation

Please also advise, what is the purpose of the External confirmation

why is the supplier able to view the saved PO in SUS ? please advise.

Hi Kumar,

First of all i want to get clear about the process.

1. If it is the SRM- SUS PO, How did you saved the PO in ECC.

2. We cant edit the PO manually in ECC.

User created direct PO in ECC using ME21N and saved.

PO is not coming from SRM . the PO is visible to the supplier under Order collaboration tab -- > create documents -- > External confirmation

What is the scenario ? ECS or Classic Scenario. And check any Out put is triggerred at the time of PO creation.
