Step Type Section (Drop Down) is not visible in Workflow Builder

I am working with SAP 7.5, and a newby in workflows. With the transaction SWDD, I navigate into the Workflow Builder, but when I create a new workflow, the drop down lists on top of the containers (Step types, navigation area) are not visible for me. The settings in "Extras -> Options -> Hide ..." does not make any changes.

How is it possible to see the drop downs and select the "Workflow Container" in "Step types" (see sreenshot).

The Workflow container pane with several drop-down options are not visible.

Hi,

'Step types that can be inserted' is aligned between Navigation Area and Element.If you adjust area then Yellow line will appear as per shown in screen shot, click on that line then 'Step types that can be inserted' will appeared.
