Standard Workflow is in status" In Process" TS48007915 in SAP SLC

I'm testing for Supplier Registration process in SAP SLC. After supplier registration form submission, workflow is started. WS48000009 is General task. Whenever i'm trying to execute the workflow from user end for approval it is getting struck in "In Process" status.

I'm not able to understand the cause. I'm attaching the screenshot of logs for reference.

Any suggestion to rectify the error is welcomed.

Hi

Reading your worklow log, I can see that you do have an issue with the rule resolution on step 2.

Your task TS48007915 does not seem to be a general task, certainly link to role Z_SRMSMC_QUESTIONNAIRE_MANAGER has any body been assigned to this role ?

I would investigate why your rule AG48000136 does not return anyone, and check on the role .

Hi,

Is this a Dialogue process. And User have to take action on it. Also check if it is Asynchronous task which need Termination event. But event not triggered.
