Standard Report to List SRM Documents?

Dear all,

We are wondering the best - and healthiest - way to get a list of the SRM document created in the System - no matter the status it has - for a given UoM.

Is there any standard tool ( report / transaction / function module / query ) in which we can build a kind of report to determine it?.

Any idea will be deeply appreciated.
