SRM70 SC preview and PO preview

Hi,

I have the issue that when i want to preview a shopping cart or purchase order in SRM7, i receive a PDF-file of 0 bytes.

It displays I:/SAPSRM/PDO_PO:054

Is there some technical setting to be done?

Hi ,

Have you done the required configuration in SRM Server->Cross-Application Basic Settings->Set Output Actions and Output Format->Define Actions for Document Output

Dear all,

I am currently in the process of implementing the note which hopefully will give me more information on the issue.

For SC print preview, no setup is needed in Define Actions for Document Output, and it also works default for PO.

The note is implemented; the message is now displayed: "Global data missing for purchase order".

Root

Company code (with BUK maintained: ECDCLNT200\275 )

Purchase Org

Purchase Group 1 with reference to Company code org id

Purchase Group 2 with reference to Company code org id

Purchase Group 3 with reference to Company code org id

Purchase Group 4 with reference to Company code org id

Hi Georg,

The issue was solved by selecting the company code field in tab Function on the root level, without entering any value for this field.
