In SRM I can use the items defined in the service master defined in ECC or can only use items defined in the material master with type DIEN ?

Hello,

You can use service master created in ECC, but you need to replicate them to SRM.
Note 720819 provides the middleware settings that need to be adjusted to replicate materials/servicese from ECC to SRM.
