SRM Work Items are not Displaying in the UWL ..

Hi All,

We have ECC and SRM systems in our landscape and portal is configured with these two systems.We created two portal and UWL systems for same. UWL systems are properly activated and configured.

ECC workitems are coming in the UWL but the the SRM work items are not coming in the UWL.

We created a shopping cart in the SRM system and that is getting displayed in the SRM system user inbox but that is not being displayed in the portal UWL.

Are we missing any configuration.??? any Idea.?

Please help in this regard.

Have you updated the UWL XML file to include the SRM workflow tasks?

SRM Task are already there as soon as we register the SRM system in the UWL Systems.
