SRM with multiple backend systems

Hi Experts,

We re implementing SRM with multiple back-ends. replication of master is done successfully from multiple back-ends. no HR  integration involved. SPRO setting for logical system determination based on product category is done. while creating the Sc we are getting error "Purchasing organization for follow-on document missing". I know there is something wrong with org strucutre set up. I want to know how to set up the org structure in order for user to create the SC in this scenario? can one user create SCs with different back end logical systems?

Have you maintained the purchase organization at user level in the PPOSA_BBP.
