SRM Users not able to add Requisitioner the Settings Tab for Shop on Behalf

Hello SRM Experts,

Please advice.

We recently upgraded from SRM version 5.5 SP 14 to Version 5.5 SP 18.

Users not able to add Requisitioner in the Settings Tab for Shop on Behalf.

Only way right now is to use PPOMA_BBP and for user A's attribute of Requisitioner we manually have to enter the user B's User ID.

Earlier the end users were able to go to their Settings tab and for Requisitioner they were able to click on "Add New Line".

Now when the click on "Add New Line" it does not open new line to enter the value.

Appreciate any help or tips.

This issue has been resolved by SAP by applying OSS note: 1521820.
