SRM:User not getting synchronized

Hi All,

I am getting this error(screenshot 3) when trying to sync the user.

None of the assignemnet is mapped to the user like CP,S,O. Is this the only reason that the user is not getting synchronized.

What data exactly needs to be mapped?
