SRM Upgrade : SAP CCM 2.0 with SRM 7.0

Dear friends,

We are planning for a SRM upgrade - SRM4.0 -->SRM7.0 EHP2 and we need your input of CCM Add-on for SRM upgrade.

At present we have CCM Add-on 1.0 deployed on SRM systems and as part of upgrade to SRM 7.0 none of CCM add-ons (1.0, 2.0) are supported. More details in OSS note Note 1311274 - SAP CCM 2.0 with SRM 7.0.

CCM functionality is not being used by our client but we can not delete this AddOn.

please let me know if you have any recommendation for this.

Hi Ashish

CCM will not support with SRM 7.02. So migrate your existing catalogs to other third party OCI market place catalogs or MDM Catalogs. Inform your customer accordingly.
