SRM system queues

Hi All,

what all activities we do as SRM Consultant when system is locked for maintenance. Once system is unlocked after maintenance  what activities we need to do to ensure everything is fine.

BASIS ask us to clear queues before maintenace and start queues after maintenance.

let me know how to clear queues and how to start queues again??

Hi Abdul

If you are talking about material replication queues, then you can clear them using

SMQ1 - Outbound queues

SMQ2 - inbound queues

You can delete them from there and trigger an initial download from R3AS.

You also have to cancel 'Running' queues in R3AM1 before starting new ones.
