SRM SUS receipt of invoices xml format

i have doubt about if SRM/SUS allows reception of Invoices from XML files o electronic format from vendors.

any suggestions, guidance will be welcomed|

Are you asking if SUS allows the vendor to upload the invoice as an XML file? No, it doesn't.
