If one sales person may place bids for several related supplier firms in SRM, is best practice for the buying firm to set up one user account for this sales person in SRM or multiple user accounts in SRM, one for each related firm the user represents?

Hi,
Do you mean that one supplier belongs to multiple organizations, and each org belongs to different companies. So the supplier/bidder could place bid for multiple companies?
Usually you could create multiple contact persons for one supplier. Each contact person means one user account. So you may have multiple user accounts for one supplier. This is allowed in SRM side.

Thank you Ms. Li,
One legal supplier entity with multiple people bidding is for me okay for SAP SRM and Windows, one id for each person and each person a different email address.
But one person bidding for multiple legal entities, I do not know what the best practice to handle is. SAP SRM lets me add the same person with the same email address to as many SAP accounts as I want, but our Windows Admins find it odd that they have to set up multiple Windows accounts for the same external person to reach our SRM platform via the Web.
When one external person with one external email account is bidding for multiple related supplier firms how many accounts is the person to have in the SAP SRM and Windows of the purchasing firm hosting the SRM bidding platform? Is there any documentation on best practice and how to set it up?
