Hi, I have the issue that a few users do no get any results for vendors when trying to create an order using the shopping cart in SRM. I have walked them through the process and they are not doing anything wrong.
I have checked PPOMA_BBP in the SRM system and they are assigned correctly and with the right attributes.
I have no idea what could cause their issue. Anyone here who has tried something similar?
