SRM Shopping Cart refresh problem for a single user

Hi Experts,

We are on SRM7.0.

The shopping cart is not getting automatic refresh and the big thing is, am facing this issue only for a particular user. Also the Last Refresh date is showing a month back. After selecting 'Refresh' button, am getting the screen refreshed.

But it's working well for all other users. I have compared backend and portal roles, every thing is fine.

I wonder how this happens only for a single user alone, as all other users get automatic refresh within a few seconds. Please guide me.

Hi Ram,

Have you tried to run the report POWL_D01 (if not run this report for your user for all  objects).

Hopefully it should resolve the issue.

But still I have a doubt. Whether I need to run this report on a daily basis. Please clarify me.

Hi,

You need not to run this report on daily basis. Your end user might have done some modifications to POWL knowingly / Un knowigly caused this issue.

When you run POWL-D01 report, it will reset all POWL settings to default status and deletes user settings.

So, some users may set their own preferences in POWL selection and it may be a genuine requirement.

If you run this report those genuine users will be effectes. Hence you should run this only when any usre raises similar concerns.
