SRM Shopping Cart "Public Template" Visibility to all users

Hi Experts,

Using POWL I am able to see Public Template in Portal for Shopping Cart. But few users are able to see and few are not.

What settings/notes to implemented inorder to make all users to see "Public Template" option in Shopping Cart.? Any ideas please share

Thanks a lot for your response.

I navigated from Requistioning->Public Templates(0)->Personalize and could see Public Templates listed as per below

screen shot.

The issue is I can only see my templates I created but not the templates created by another user/test user.

Please provide some details if you any about it.

Could you please check the POWL personalization for the affected user? Is the Query available here?

Hi Rafi,

In POWL you can only find those SCs that are created by the login user or by the purchasing substitute. The SCs or Templates created by other users are not available per standard design.
