SRM- Shopping cart portal issue

Hello Experts,

Recently we converted shopping cart portal URL from http to https on 8443 port. After converting configuration, URL is not working. It is loading blank page with logoff button and with some fields. Our SRM version 5.0 which is out of support. We have a roadmap to migrate to Ariba which is planned for next year. But now we are facing this issue and need to resolve it.

Followed below all steps:

Published all templates with T-code SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INTERNAL.

Maintained GUI parameters(~generatedynpro, ~webgui) in BBPSTART ICF Service.

verified entries in table TWPURLSVR.

Verified configuration in SE80-->utilities-->Settings-->Internet Transaction Server- No issues.

Rebooted server, reactivated BBPSTART Service.

But still same issue. Can someone help me to resolve this issue.
