SRM shopping cart not creating Purchase order after HANA upgrade

Hi Team,

We are working SRM classic scenario having integration with HANA 1503 system in production system.

We have now decided to upgrade the SRM system from 7.3 to 7.4 and the HANA system from 1503 to 1809. After the HANA upgrade in ECC system, the Purchase orders are not getting created after shopping cart approval in SRM. This was working fine before the ECC system was upgraded. Can you please assist.

what is the issue you have at SC replication into S/4HANA backend?

Hi Laurent,

I can see no error in SLG1 or RZ20. Once the backend system was upgraded from HANA 1503 to 1809, the Purchase Order creation has stopped in the Dev client where the upgrade has completed now.

so, you have to debug the SC replication to check what's happened.
