SRM SES Error No matching PO items selected

Dear expert,

We're on SRM ECS 7.0. PO has been generated in SRM, replicated in ECC. When trying to create the Service Entry Sheet in ECC, we have an error message "No matching PO items selected".

Thanks for your help.

We checked the user roles in SRM and we found that there was an issue with some role.

Effectively, the purchasing grp maintained in ECC user was different from the Purch grp assigned in SRM.
