Hi Experts,
I have read the SAP SC Archiving document in the WIKI "http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/SRM/Shopping+Cart+Archiving". It clearly explains all the details.
But still Some question on in my mind - How to read archived data?
How the archived files are stored in the data base level?
Can we also store them in our PC like XML files or other format?
Is that possible, to Search and Open the perticular SC and Find the full details of the SC?
Kindly share some informatio on this Part.
Thanks in Advance,
Warm Regards,
Vijay

Hello,
You would have to activate the following strucutre in order to be able to read archived documents.
SPRO > SAP Supplier Relationship Management > SRM Server > Cross-Application Basic Settings > Document Archiving > Activate Archive Information Structure
Structure related to document which will be read must be activated.
After that, you will be able to read archived documents through advanced search.
I am not aware if you can archive locally in your machine.
Regards,
Ricardo
