SRM/ROS Questionnaire

I'm looking for instructions on how to Create/Change the Questionnaire form in ROS.    Can anyone help in providing some guidance on where I may find these.  Thank you.

Hi Ivy,

I'm looking for the instruction on how to Create/Revise the Survey/Questionnaire.  We already have the configuration done in the above link you sent, but I need to revise the current form and I'm having some issues doing this.  Any documentation on the creating/revising the survey would help.

Hi,

For creation fo questionnaire, please use trx /sapsrm/quest_create.

For change of existing questionnaire, please use trx /sapsrm/quest_change.

If you logon to portal/NWBC, you may navigate to 'Supplier Evaluation' and in the 'Survey Management', you could see create questionnaire and change questionnaire links, too.

Of course they will navigate to the above two transactions.
