SRM roles mapped to the portal roles

Hi SAP Gurus,

I´m facing a strange issue in portal. Please help me out.

I have created a complex role with the SRM roles mapped to the portal roles (PFCG).

Now, when we create a new employee assigned to this complex role, the user doesn't have permissions to login in portal. I checked the user administration and the user only have the SRM roles.

The mapping for this particular user was done in transaction su01 (portal roles plus SRM roles).

Has the portal mapping done for this particular user? Pls check with portal admistrator and get the user mapped to portal.
