SRM Reports - Error when trying to display Shopping Cart or Purchase Order

Hello,

We are getting a error when trying to display SC or PO from SRM Reports. It is happening only for some users. We are using NWBC (no Portal). Any idea what could be causing the below errors.

1. SRM --> Reports --> Shopping Cart Details --> Error when trying to display a SC -

"Object or set with GUID 00000000000000000000000000000000 does not exist"

2. SRM --> Reports --> Purchase Order Details --> Error when trying to display a PO -

"PDO Layer error"

SAP Note 1749594 - "Error PDO Layer error" message describes our exact issue

Hello Ashwani,

If the error only occurs for some users, the problem is probably with the assigned roles. Could you please verify if the affected users have the same roles as the non-affected ones? Please also test the scenario with standard SAP roles only.
