Hi All,
We have NW 7.3 EHP1 portal and SRM 7.02. We are using standard functionality to show ST reports in portal as below.
Now business requirement to create new role to show reports to some of group members those doesn't have OP or ST authorizations. Also the report will display only Shopping Cart and Confirmation details.
For new role, how can we fulfill the business requirement?
Please guide us with user valuable suggestions. We need to create new custom launchpad in SRM system by lpd_cust or we can do through Portal itself.

Please get in touch with your portal consultant and ask him to create a role group for portal based on the requirement and then assign all the user to that group . This would be very easy step . Let me know if you need any more information . No need to create a custom launchpad .

In portal already group created but main issue the reports view coming from SRM launchpad and no one standard launchpad gives this report view with only Shopping Cart and Confirmation details so we can't create iView in portal to link with. In this situation, how can we achieve required report view without any custom launchpad.
Please guide us by providing some more details on this issue.
