Hi,
We have an issue with Punchout catalog prices being overwritten with a zero price due to the automatic contract assignment . The contract item is for a material group (Item Cat. W) and therefore has no price .
When no contract (or more than one possible) exists - the prices come through ok. You can even assign the contract later without this problem occurring. We have to have a contract for compliance reporting reasons.
Any ideas/suggestions welcome ( SRM version 7.02 Sp 😎

Hi Leopard,
Could you please try the below notes
2070994
2079469
Especially the below note has been released by SAP recently considering this concern where the shopping cart price is becoming zero when there is an item which has a product category contract.
2124171
Please try the above and let me know on how it goes.
Best Regards,
Bharathi

Hi Bharathi,
Thanks for your input
I also have an incident open with SAP and they recommended 3 notes (one matches yours)- which we did implement:
2072771 Purchase order and Shopping cart price resets to 0
2079469 Incorrect SC Net value and price when a product category contract with discount
2126345 SC price reset to zero on change of product category
This resolved the issue for the product category, however for non-catalog items, if just one contract exists, the vendor should get automatically assigned, but this now has to be done manually - which wasnt the case before. I am awaiting a response from SAP.
Finally I did the following config change:
> SAP Supplier Relationship Management
> SRM Server
> Cross-Application Basic Settings
> Self-Service Procurement
Disable/Enable Automatic Assignment of Sources of Supply
I deactivated the setting to allow the contract to be assigned on a non-punchout shopping cart
