SRM position & user assignment

Dear experts,

I am working on HR replication process. In HR initially Postion will be created initially and then person will be assigned to that positon once the recruitment is done for that position.

Here the issue is when HR & SRM are in sync, position will be replicated to SRM structure as soon as it is created in ECC.

In this case how person will be will be replicated assinged to SRM position?

Could some one help me on this please?

Hello,

Have you activate the change pointers for HRMD_ABA in ECC?

If Yes, the report RBDMIDOC should be scheduled to create Idocs from any changes to HR data in ECC.

So the any changes there will be sent to SRM based on the filter options setup in BD64 for this message type HRMD_ABA.
