SRM Portal home tab - the personalization tabs is repeated 6 times - in the 2nd level navigation- how can I fix that

Hello Amr,

Mohd is correct the multiple personalizations are due to several roles including the personalization transaction. This is SAP standard behaviour. If you want to combine roles wich both include a 'personalization' entity you need to custom copy/create your roles.

Hi Azim,

I think the user Id thru which u r logging into portal has all authorizations made specific to different set of users like purchaser,buyer etc.

I meant ....in the roles assigned againt every user - access to user settings in personalization might have been included so better have a look at the roles assigned to the user ID

This has not solved the issue yet. We are seeing two personalization now under the SRM Home tab
