SRM PO not transferring to SUS

Hello Everyone,

We are having SRM 5.0 with ECS.

We create PO in SRM and transffer in SUS but while transffering one PO we are getting below error.

occurredE:BBP_PD:147 -Enter a country for partner 5000001256 with type 'Sold-to Party' E:BS:002 -"Create" is not allowed (SUS Purchase Order 9100036733 )

We have maintained country for vendor but still getting this error.

Any expert help for this ?

And one more question that in which table we can see the PO created in SUS reference to SRM.

hi,

make sure that your company codes in SRM are replicated in SUS. this is done via BBP_SP_COMP_INI.

Hi,

Can you check whether you have maintained country in Vendor Business Partner in SUS.

One should maintain country in SRM/ECC vendor. If not then one should in SUS.

If you have maintained country for vendor in SRM then use report BBP_SP_COMP_INI to replicate business partners as a company code.

Then you can re-run message in XI. It will work.

Hi

You can see the Purchase Order Created from ERP in table CRMD_ORDERADM_H.  Please let me know how you have created Company Code in SUS for further suggestions
