SRM PO not transferred to backend

Hello, i have an SRM PO which has not been replicated to the backend. I tried launching the BBP_GET_STATUS_2. However the strange thing is that the status of the purchase order in SRM is 'Awaiting Approval' while to SC status it COMPLETED.thx for help.

Check in the Shopping cart node

you will find what is the error

rectify the error

someone used SWIA to Complete manually the PO. It has been replicated to backend but on the portal the status is STILL awating approval! when i run bbp_pd, status is COMPLETED.How can there be a difference between SRM environment and portal?

i used the FM BBP_PD_PO_STATUS_CHANGE_WF to correct the status

try refreshing the document, it should show the correct status.

Hi,

PO will not be transferred to the backend unless it is in ordered state in SRM. Hence please approve the PO and then it should be ordered.

Login as the approver or use SWo1 to approve the po.

hi the status of the PO is waiting. how do you approve it through SWO1. I tried using SWIA but it does not approve it since it is waiting.thx

Hi,

You can use swo1 to approve a PO that is in awaiting approal. You can do the same via BBP_PD_PO_STATUS_CHANGE_WF giving the document guid and iv_status as 1.
