We have performed an upgrade from SRM 5 to 7.0 and have never had PO approvals in scope, just cart approvals as the cart and PO get created in SRM (display PO is in backend SAP ERP system).
Now problem is that when SRM PO gets created, the erroring massage "strategy_rr_purchasing_manager did not determine any approvers" is displaying in SRM and not allowing PO to go to ERP. PO should be getting automatically approved and waiting for approvers.
