Hi All,
In SRM when I try to navigate to the respective PO,I am getting the following error(Partner Not found) based on the screenshot below.
The user related to that Partner id(27654) has left the organisation.So how to overcome this error.Is it possible we can map it to some user?

You have to replace the corrupted user with a valid one, and open documents can be processed further.

Hi Dhinesh,
The workaround here would be to reinstate validity period of user(SU01) who has left the organization also reintegrate the user in Org structure.
This activity needs to be carried out on a temporary basis unless the PO is totally completed with confirmation and invoice.
Additionally check whether any open items(shopping cart etc) are not available against the user.
Once above activity is completed, then you can limit the validity period and then remove the user from org structure.
